Sign up for Case 1.1 will open on 01/08/2024 and close on 01/09/24, both at 13:00H CET.

You will receive the results on Wednesday 25/09/24.

During sign up you will also complete the casting questionnaire. 

We utilize a flagging system to ensure the safety of our event, for more information about our flagging system.

You must be at least 20 years of age to participate.

Selection method of participants

  • Our method for selecting participants primarily involves a lottery system. However, we reserve the right to adjust the results to ensure a balanced event and the story needs. This includes considering the participants' experience in LARP, room choices and maintaining overall balance within the group. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse a participant the right to participate in the larp without providing a reason. In such a case, the full fee will be returned to the participant.

  • Players who were not drawn in the lottery will be notified and automatically moved to the waiting list with priority.

Casting method

 

Our casting selection is based solely on the content of your casting questionnaire. We do not consider looks, age, gender, or ethnicity in our decision-making process. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where talent and passion are the primary criteria. Most characters are written gender-neutral, where the player can choose wich gender the character presents as. However there are exceptions to this rule: A nun will always present as female for example.

02/09/24 - 09/09/24 Safety Cross Check 7 days

25/09/24 - 01/10/24 Announcement lottery and 7 days window for payment

We expect effective casting to happen in April 2025, 
Player guides will be available in April 2025.

Our prices will vary depending on the location our active case takes place.

You can opt-in to sponsor social tickets. Every 2 sponsor tickets create a social ticket for individuals with limited financial resources. Our goal is to promote inclusiveness and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate, regardless of their financial situation.

During sign up you can elaborate on which kind of ticket/price you are willing to pay.

Our pricing is determined by several factors, including the quality and comfort of the rooms, the level of privacy they offer, and the overall amenities provided. We strive to offer a range of options to accommodate different budgets and preferences while maintaining a high standard of experience for all participants.

When we provide rooms with double beds we sell these rooms as buddy tickets. This way the winner of the lottery ticket can choose who they bring to the event. Beware that if you sign up for this type of ticket you need a buddy to bring along!

For people who would like to pay in installments, please contact us for an installment plan. We are happy to provide a solution for you.

The ticket price includes

  • Your stay during the event (there are different choices and different prices regarding size, beds and amenities, for more info check pricing and what to bring).

  • A fully fleshed out character we choose for you based on your answers in the questionnaire, complete with pre-designed relations to other players and a moodboard as inspiration for your costume.

  • A highly immersive experience written by experienced writers and visualized by a professional creature/props designer and a team of talented creatives

  • Entertaining, active workshops in small groups before the game starts

  • Fresh and tasty meals provided by a seasoned kitchen crew that deliver high standards and take your allergies into account.

  • Water, tea, soda’s and coffee (no alcohol)

  • Salty and sweet snacks, fresh fruit

  • Great pictures by a professional photographer

The ticket price does not include your costume, travel to and from the event, and personal insurance.

Reselling tickets

 

If you need to resell your ticket due to circumstances you are obliged to arrange this through us.

Tickets cannot be sold by participants, contact us if you want to sell your ticket.

Refund policy

 

The first downpayment of € 100 will be withheld when canceling your ticket.

 

  • If participants need to cancel their registration > 6 months before the event, they will receive a refund minus the first downpayment of € 100.

  • If participants need to cancel their registration somewhere between 6 months to 3 months before the event, they will receive a 50% refund minus the first downpayment of € 100.

  • If participants need to cancel their registration 3 months or less before the event, no refund can be given unless the organization is able to replace you with a paid player from the waiting list. In that case you will receive a 50% refund minus the first downpayment of € 100.

  • If the event is canceled participants will receive a refund.

 

Once your cancellation is complete your spot will go to the next person on the waiting list.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse a participant the right to participate in the larp without providing a reason. In such a case, the full fee will be returned to the participant.

 

The organizers also reserve the right to refuse a participant to continue the larp if said participant makes the larp an unsafe place. In such a case, no refund will be provided.

Waiting list

  • Players who were not drawn in the lottery will be notified and automatically moved to the waiting list with priority.

  • We use this waiting list to contact people when a registration is canceled. The waiting list is first in - first out.

Extra runs

 

If you are interested in joining us for an extra run of the current case, you can send us an email or tick the box ‘interested in extra run’ during sign up.

When we have enough interest we will announce the date of the new run and contact you through email for sign up.
