Reselling tickets

 

If you need to resell your ticket due to circumstances you are obliged to arrange this through us.

Tickets cannot be sold by participants, contact us if you want to sell your ticket.

 

Refund policy

 

The first downpayment of € 100 will be withheld when canceling your ticket.

 

  • If participants need to cancel their registration > 6 months before the event, they will receive a refund minus the first downpayment of € 100.

  • If participants need to cancel their registration somewhere between 6 months to 3 months before the event, they will receive a 50% refund minus the first downpayment of € 100.

  • If participants need to cancel their registration 3 months or less before the event, no refund can be given unless the organization is able to replace you with a paid participant from the waiting list. In that case you will receive a 50% refund minus the first downpayment of € 100.

  • If the event is canceled participants will receive a refund.

Once your cancellation is complete your spot will go to the next person on the reserve list.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse a participant the right to participate in the larp without providing a reason. In such a case, the full fee will be returned to the participant.

 

The organizers also reserve the right to refuse a participant to continue the larp if said participant makes the larp an unsafe place. In such a case, no refund will be provided.
